Until a few years back I was using trainers likes of Oasics for my off road runs, however quickly realised that first of all the soil wears off very quickly and you don’t get the same level of traction, cushioning and support you need for the endurance runs.
Decathlon provides an excellent range of trail running shoes that don’t cost extortionate amounts of money.
Currently I am using these XT7s that are on sale for around 50 Euro
